Monosaccharaides
Monosaccharaides are simple sugar of carbohydrates that cannot be hydrolyzed into simpler compound. Also, complex carbohydrates are built from simple monosaccharaides such as glucose, fructose. Furthermore, monosaccharaides have a general formula of CnH2nOn and they are usually water soluble, colorless and crystalline solid. However, some of monosaccharaides usually have sweat taste.
