let there be x litter of 3030 percent juice and (2020-x) litter of 1010 percent juice.
        30.30x+10.10(2020-x)=19.19(x+2020-x)
30.30x+10.10*2020-10.10x=19.19*2020
                                 20.20x=19.19*2020-10.10*2020
                                 20.20x=9.09*2020
                                          x=909
2020-x=2020-909=1111

909 litters of 3030 percent juice and 1111 litters of 1010 percent juice should be mixed.
