In the coming days (or even weeks) before labor, a woman will feel a change in position of the coming baby. The repositioning of the baby is a sign of it getting into a "head-first" position for the delivery process. A woman may feel a change in pressure, especially a lift of weight on her diaphragm making it easier to breathe.
