How can a person maintain a healthy body image? What forces work to make people feel bad about their body images

A person could be healthy if he/she eats a healthy diet that might involve fruit and vegetables as well as some kind of meat. But it is also important to do some physical activity at least twice a week. A person need to drink a lot of water during the day and incorporate cereals and fibre to keep the body clean. 
A person could be influence for what it is shown on TV and social media , perfect bodies and perfect lives. But it is important to know that it is not real everybody should find his/her balance as regards weight and diet.

They can compliment themselves daily, exercise, and eat healthy. They could be influenced by friends, family, social media, tv programs, and magazines.
