hello there tech has affected hunger because people (like me) are too busy doing something with tech that time goes and then they have to sleep some people don't even eat when on tech ~hope i help~
My take on this is, technology has affected hunger in the way that, more developed countries are spending their money on technology advancements when they could be donating to third world countries and etc...
