So since the numerator and the denominator are both even we know that 2 can go into each...So here is how I do it.
2, 4, 6 : 3
so the numerator is 3

now
28 divided by 2 is 14
so your denominator is 14
[tex] \frac{x}{14} [/tex]
Final answer is
[tex] \frac{3}{14} [/tex]
