The answer to your question would be false.

Unless you are a medical doctor with x-rays in hand, it is often difficult to tell the difference between a fracture, a dislocation, a sprain and a strain. To be safe, treat it as the most severe case--a fracture or break. Do not move the victim if EMS is on the way. If you decide to take the victim to the hospital, keep the injured area as stable as possible to prevent further pain and injury. Splint it, if possible, by binding the injured area to a firm surface to make it immobile. Watch for shock.

I had this on a test a few weeks ago.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day! :))))
