The appropriate response is Kinetograph. In 1889, Edison imagined the Kinetograph, a film camera. The Kinetograph took pictures rapidly. The photos were recorded on a segment of film that was wrapped around a wheel or spool.
The Kinetoscope is an early film display gadget. The Kinetoscope was intended for movies to be seen by one individual at any given moment through a peephole watcher window at the highest point of the gadget. The Kinetoscope was not a motion picture projector but rather presented the essential approach that would turn into the standard for all realistic projection before the appearance of video, by making the deception of development by passing on a segment of punctured film bearing successive pictures over a light source with a fast screen.
