The patient will be classified under the MIDDLE ADOLESCENCE phase of development. Adolescent refers to the period of human growth which is intermediate between childhood and adulthood.The adolescent stage is divided into three stages, which are early, middle and late adolescence. Middle adolescence stage occurs at age 15 to 17.
