I tend to display the following stress responses :Adaptive stress responses would be to walk off stress, to pray and to talk with friends.These responses help me to feel much better and able to cope with the situation. Some maladaptive stress responses I have seen is worry, fear and crying.. These responses tend to cause me to be more stressed and depressed.
