Two pumps were required to pump water out of a submerged area after a hurricane. Pump A , the larger if the two pumps, can pump the water out in 25hours, whereas it would take pump b 125 hours. Both pumps were working for the first 5 hours until pump A broke down. How long did it take pump B to pump out the remaining water ?
a little bit less than 115 hours because they have only been working for 5 hours each and pump b would take 125 hours and its already been 5 so therefor the awnser is a little bit less that 115 hours
