Convert card dimensions to mm

91x49=4459x500= 2,229,500mm^2 area to print

297x210=62370x60= 3,742,200mm^2 card space to use

297x12x2= 7128
210x12x2= 5040
7128+5040= 12,168x60= 730,080mm^2 idle space for margin

3,742,200-730,080= 3,012,120mm^2 space available for print

Ray needs to 2,229,500mm^2 area to print cards

Unless I missed something, It seems he's got plenty of space.
