PLEASE HELP
Read the following paragraph and answer the question that follows: And these I address to all Females that would be married, or are already so; not that I suppose their sex more faulty than the other, and most to want Advice, for I assure [women], upon my Honour, I believe the quite contrary; but the Reason is, because I esteem them better disposed to receive and practice it, and therefore am willing to begin, where I may promise myself the best Success. Where does Franklin make his purpose clear? "not that I suppose their sex more faulty than the other," "and most to want Advice," "because I esteem them better disposed to receive and practice it," "where I may promise myself the best Success."

Okay, Franklin is basically saying that the reason he is giving advice primarily to the women in "Rules and Maxims for Promoting Matrimonial Happiness" is because he thought that woman were essential to a man's functionality—but men, on the other hand, were not necessary for a woman to live happily. He addresses this guidance to women because he regards them as "complete moral beings," superior to men in their understanding and "better disposed to receive and practice it." To quote Franklin, "Good wives usually make good husbands."

Answer: "...because I esteem them better disposed to receive and practice it"
