I think that grammatically the structure of the First Amendemnet supports the equal weight of each freedom by adding everyone into the same clause, not separating them with a period which could be seen as a preference to one over another. Also the use of the word "or" to connect the phrases shows that they are all on the same level of importancy for the people who wrote it.
Other way I see that it equals them is to put them alltogether in the first place of the U.S. constitution, not diving them into differents sections. The first ammendment contains all the freedoms that are esential for having a good democracy.
