...he has two problems. Most old-school HR Managers are inept and taught to disqualify candidates in the the tech industry for two reasons, (1) Jeremy let his Microsoft certifications lapse and needs to re-certify before he applies for another IT position and (2) HR managers are taught to disqualify candidates who are currently unemployed. Why that makes sense, who knows...
