According to Lareau, the difference in economic influence several factors that contribute to children's overall development, such as:
- children who grow up in high-income family tend to be well-fed and healthier.
- Children of high income family usually thought to be more discipline
- Children of high income family grow up with the help of their parents' connection
The different child experience different upbringing techniques with their families based on socioeconomic status The more the better the socioeconomic status of a parent the better off a child with be with what he grows up with and the kind of experiences that he will have as a child. Child from a lesser background who parents might not be able to afford three square meals and a decent accommodation and the likes of it will have a totally different upbringing as well
