According to the circular flow model, product market are where BUSINESSES EARN THEIR REVENUES FROM HOUSEHOLDS.
The  circular flow model is a graphical representation which shows how money  and products moves within an economy among the three sectors of the economy, which are government, business and households. The product market refers to the market where a final product is sold or bought.
