Whoever travels at the faster rate will arrive first.

We need to find and compare two unit rates:

11 miles
------------ = 0.917 miles per minute
 12 min

26 miles
--------------- = 1.083 miles per min
24 minutes

It's obvious that Marisol is driving faster.  She will thus be first to arrive at the concert.
