When we read this excerpt from Roemu and Juliet we realize that Juliet is acting totally without premeditation, on the contrary, Juliet acts impulsively, without thinking much about their actions and their consequences. We know that Juliet's impulsiveness is the result of her inconsequential love for Romeo. When Juliet realizes that Romeo is dead, she acts totally without premeditation and strongly desires death for herself.
