PLEASE HELP!
Why has mexico's oil production declined since 2004?
A.Many oil fields are running out of oil
B. Global demand for oil has increased
C.The government has shifted it's economic focus to gold and silver mining
D. Protests from environmentalists have shut down many wells
Easily extracted oil reserves have been exhausted. Mexico did not invest in deep water extraction, so that definitely was a contributor. Hope this helped, and good luck on this !! :D
