when a baseball is thrown, its potential energy is converted into kinetic energy. As the ball reaches its height its kinetic energy decreases and its potential energy increases. With this conversion ball begins to fall and potential energy decreases with increase in kinetic energy. When ball reaches o hand all potential energy is converted into kinetic energy. Hence, there is no loss of energy.
