For (a) a Tragedy was considered a main greek drama and it influenced alot of others. Like comedies.
For (b) The Actors in Greek Theater were named as Aeschylus, Sophocles, and Euripides and sometimes playwrites. 
For (c) I know it originated from a Latin word but you might look that up
For (d) there were orchestras and choirs
for (e) in semi-circular theaters called "Orchestra."
