In this question , we have to divide 4 2/3 by 2/3 , that is

First we convert mixed fraction in improper fraction, and on doing so we will get
[tex] 4 \frac{2}{3} = \frac{14}{3} [/tex]
So we have to divide 14/3 by 2/3 . And when we do division of two fractions, the second fraction flips out and the division sign change to multiplication, that is
[tex] \frac{14}{3} \div \frac{2}{3} = \frac{14}{3} * \frac{3}{2}
