They recommend for women at the age of 20 to start doing regular "breast self exams" BUT at the age of 40 is when they start screening mammograms because your insurance should cover all of that cost.. Something like that.

> Breast exams for ages | 40 - 49 | 1 - 2 years but by the time you turn 50 it becomes a yearly appoint/screening
