Veronica needs to work on her human relation skills. Human relations is all about how people interact in the same organization. If Veronica wants to be efficient and make sure every employee is on the same page, she must be willing to talk to them in a civil manner and tackle the problems they have with the organization. If this is done her time as the office manager will be a success.
