There's no work to do !
The circumference of the tire is in positive contact with the
ground, and doesn't slip. If the circumference is 2 meters,
then each revolution of the wheel moves the bike 2 meters.
If the wheel rotates 1nce per second, then the bike moves
at 2 meters per second.
There would be a little bit of work to do if you said that 2 meters
is the diameter of the wheel. But only a little.
