A company would be unable to measure someones creativity or leadership skills with standardized tests. Standardized tests measure subject-specific knowledge and their readiness for further eduation or training. A standardized test is usually multiple choice and there is a right or wrong answer, so creativity is not able to be measured. Whereas if this was an open question test where someone could explain how they would handle a situation or be able to develop ideas openly, they may be able to better understand where ones creativity or leadership skills derive.
It measured the Aptitude
The following information should be considered;
- when the company is not able to measure so here the aptitude should be with the standard test.
- Here aptitude means capability, talent to do something.
