Dimensions on drawing:
4 inches width and 6 inches long.
Scale is:  1 inch on drawing= 30/4 = 7. 5 ft in original.
Width of bedroom= 1.2 inches
So, actual length= 1.2 x 7.5 = 9 ft
Length of bedroom= 1.6 inches
So, actual length= 1.6 x 7.5  = 12 ft

Actual measurement of Harper's bedroom is 9 ft wide and 12 ft long.
