Before we begin to point out complex sentences, we need to understand what they are.  A complex sentence is a sentence that contains an independent clause as well as a dependent clause.  An independent clause expresses a complete thought and is sometimes simply referred to as a complete sentence.  A dependent clause (sometimes called a subordinate clause) cannot stand on its own even though it may contain a subject and a verb because it doesn’t complete a thought.  What that in mind, note below how the extracted complex sentences have the dependent clause in all capital letters:
