1). Step on a bathroom scale & talk about where the force shown on the dial is coming from.
2). From the floor, climb up on to a chair, then explain why it's hard to do.
3). From up on the chair, take one giant step forward, then talk about what pulled you to the floor (and not to the ceiling or a wall).
