What do you think would happen if an American was to post a video about Terrorist groups (mostly ISIS) and talk about how weak they are and how they need to grow up. But the person saying this was a girl? Do you think there would be a way for them to see the video and react to it?

Yes they would see the video and most likely be offended. I think that her video would make the news , the president would see it and she would probably by put under the Special Services Watch Program for Identity Protection. ISIS would do something really really bad. she would be known all over the world.
