There are several marketing strategies to opt from; We will analyze some. The curiosity approach is simple; one tries to excite the curiosity of the buyer by making the product more mysterious. The showmanship approach is when one does something unusual to catch the buyer's attention. One sets up a show for them. The benefit approach is a more rational approach where one tries to convince the buyer to buy the product by stating benefits of the product. The shock approach is when something unexpected is stated so that the consumer cannot react unfavorably to this. Finally, the silent approach is used here. It is efficient because the consumer is called to make a choice without much input and its success is mostly based on psychological concepts.
Silent Approach is used here by the salesgirl. As she appeared with the product in her hand in front of the customers and said nothing but showed them the product, it means she is using the silent approach to showcase her new product.
This approach deals with the psychological aspects of people, in which they can't resist asking about the product in the hand of the person showcasing it. This approach is a good tactic to be used in the stores.
