Reapportionment is the reorganization of the boundaries of house districts, a process that follows the results of the u.s. census, taken every ten years, to ensure rough equality in the number of constituents represented by each house member.
Reapportionment helps the distribution of seats in the house districts to ensure it is all randomized. They are done through complex mathematical formulas to keep the changes accurately distributed.
