Basically, there is no solution. Here are two different examples on why:
1.) If you put 4c + 5 and 4c + 3 in a separate graph line, they never touch each other, therefore no solution.
2.) If you set it as an equation (which it already is, substitute "<" for "=", trying to move 4c from either side to the opposite side will make it so it is 4c - 4c, which is essentially 0, therefore no solution
