The first audience I would choose are teens mostly because fro-yo shops are an attraction to young people to hang out with friends, the shop gives them a feeling of a cool, friendly environment and the snack itself is tasty! The second audience I'd choose are those people who are on a nutrition diet of some sort mostly because frozen yogurt is much better choice than ice cream being that it has fewer calories and saturated fat content than regular ice cream.
