I will do the work only for Slope-Intercept form, as to preserve time. (I will still provide the answer, just not the work for point slope)

Slope = [tex] \frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1} [/tex]

Substitute
y2 = 13
y1 = -3
x2 = 3
x1 = -3
Slope = [tex] \frac{13 - (-3)}{3-(-3)} [/tex]

Simplify
Slope = [tex] \frac{13+3}{3+3} [/tex]

Solve
Slope = [tex] \frac{16}{6} [/tex]
Slope = 16/6

Simplify
Slope = 8/3
y = 8/3x + B

Now we find B (substitute 3,13 for x and y)
13 = (8/3)(3) + B

Solve for B
B = 5
y = 8/3x + 5 is the slope-intercept answer
and
8x − 3y + 15 = 0 is the point slope answer
