The length, breadth and height of a room are 4 m, 3 m and 7 m respectively. Find the coast of white washing the walls of the room and the ceiling at the rate of $6 per m².

= 4 × 3 + 2 × 7 (4 + 3)
= 12 + 14 × 7 = 12 + 98 = 110 m²

Cost of white-washing at the rate of $6/m²
