In this case, any number greater than 0.59 but less than 0.60 fits the required description. For example, 0.591 is true, since it is greater than 0.59 but less than 0.6, so it still has 5 in the tenths place.

Any other number of the form 0.59_ would work, such as 0.592, 0.593, 0.594...all the way up to 0.599.
