When an employee sold a certain products, for example a car or a house, he/she will be able to receive a certain percentage from products amount as a reward for selling that product. It is similar as when an employee rendered a good service to its customer such as a mechanic or plumber, he will also receive a certain amount. This certain amount is called commission. Commission is a fee to an employee for their sale or service.
