The children were armed from infancy by their mother. They were armed with inflexible code of morality, they were taught a religion without weakness and given a sense of duty without compromise. As a result of that, the son became a magistrate who was able to wield and execute the weapon of the law without pity and the daughter became intimate with God which cut her away from men.
