All the thirteen English colonies have language, education system and economies in common. They all spoke English; people went to schools in New York and Virg!nia and their Post- war economies were similar.
But these colonies had different religion, political beliefs, family life and populations. Most people in the Northern colonies followed Religious Society of friends, while Southern colonies mostly follow Christianism and Catholicism. Most colonies were loyalists; some of them had farm life, some were slave owners and some were city people. The population in Virg!nia was more than Rhode Island.
