Air pollution   has to do with the release of harmful materials and energy to the air causing deleterious effects to fauna and flora. Adverse effects of air pollution includes; respiratory diseases and reduction in visibility.

However, everyone is not equally affected by air pollution because people that live in more industrialized and urban areas have a greater experience of air pollution than people who live in rural and under developed settlements.
