ACR Criteria for Hand OA:
- Clinical classification
a) Presence of hard nodules on the dorsum of the distal interphalangeal joints
b) Involvement of the metacarpophalangeal joints
c) Radiographic evidence of joint space narrowing and osteophytes
d) Positive response to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
