In business terms, utilitarianism refers to an employee or an organization that fully goal oriented, who are found in doing every means necessary as long as it get the job done or you'll be got rid off because the rightness or the wrongness of your work result depended solely on your performance, not the process.

The utilitarian theory of ethics in business context focuses on the consequences of an action and cost-benefit analysis is a part of utilitarianism. Hence it is considered as prevalent form of Consequentialism.. it also includes that consequences help us judge the moral value of the action
